Hawaii State FCU Promotes Troy Yoshimura to Hawaii Kai Branch Manager
HONOLULU — Hawaii State Federal Credit Union (Hawaii State FCU) announced that Troy Yoshimura has been promoted to Hawaii Kai branch manager. Yoshimura oversees operations and ensures quality member service at the credit union’s newest branch location in Hawaii Kai Towne Center, which serves more than 9,500 members living in East Oahu.
Yoshimura brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services and consumer lending to his role, including 12 years at Hawaii State FCU. Prior to his promotion to branch manager, Yoshimura served as one of Hawaii State FCU’s first branch manager trainees, a new leadership role designed to provide training and support to future branch managers. In this role, he assisted branch managers with day-to-day operations, received extensive teller training, reviewed and analyzed reports, attended leadership meetings and led branch staff meetings.
“As one of Hawaii’s ‘Best Places to Work,’ we’re committed to providing great career opportunities to employees and helping them develop their skills to advance within our organization. Troy’s expertise, track record of outstanding service and the experience he’s gained as a branch manager trainee will be an asset to our Hawaii Kai members,” said Andrew Rosen, president and CEO of Hawaii State FCU. “Under Troy’s leadership, our Hawaii Kai branch will continue to focus on providing our members with the highest level of personalized service and financial guidance.”
