Why did Hawaii State FCU change its website?
At Hawaii State FCU we're always looking for ways to serve our members better. And now, we'll be able to do that with a new website that's part of a brand refresh celebrating the growth we've had in recent years.
What are the new website features?
- New brand look and feel.
- Quick and easy navigation allows users to easily locate the products and services they are looking for with a minimum amount of clicks. The new drop-down navigation menu makes searching the website a breeze.
- Online Banking login is now accessible on every page in the top right Quick Links navigation.
- The new in-site search bar gives users even more accurate and relevant results when looking for information within our site.
- Members can now submit loan applications online by clicking “Apply Now” on the loan product page.
Why does the website look different on my tablet and smartphone?
The new website uses the latest technology called Responsive Design. That simply means that the website will recognize and automatically format the website for viewing on any device – desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
How do I remove the mobile app popup when I visit the website on my smartphone?
If you would like to remove the popup, please click on the “never show this again” link to prevent the popup from displaying the next time you visit our site.
Please note that if you clear your cache or cookies, the popup will display again until you click on the “never show this again” text link to disable it.
How do I log in to Online Banking?
The Online Banking login box is still located on the left-hand side of the homepage. Members can log in as usual by entering their username & password in the Online Banking box. Additionally, members can also log in to Online Banking from any page on the website by clicking “Login” in the top right Quick Links navigation menu.
How do I find rate information?
Rate information for accounts & loan products are now easily accessible from the homepage or by clicking on the “Rates” tab in the navigation bar wherever you are on the site.
Where did Online Services go?
The Online Services page is now called E-Services and can be found under the Accounts tab.
How do I find Hawaii State FCU branch location information?
The website now has a new interactive branch locations map with features such as satellite view, street view and more. Finding the nearest Hawaii State FCU branch has never been easier. Branch information is located in the top right Quick Links navigation menu under “Locations”.

What if I see something on the website that I think needs to be updated?
