We now offer convenient online appointment scheduling for some services, including notary, loan processing, new accounts, and signature guarantee. Simply select the desired service, branch location, day, time, and the individual you want to meet with, then submit. You’ll receive an email confirming your appointment. Social distancing practices, including limiting the number of members in the branch at one time, teller window dividers and other safety measures, will continue to be implemented.

Economic Impact Stimulus Payment
April 15, 2020
Wondering about the status of your economic impact stimulus payment? Please visit www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment for more information. According to the IRS, payments will be distributed in waves beginning as early as April 15, and continue over several weeks.

Get started by visiting Online Banking, select “Enroll Today” and complete the online form to sign up. You will need to provide information like your member number, social security number, and birthdate to verify your identity. Get your step-by-step guide to enrolling for Online Banking.

Enrollment in Bill Pay is required to access bill pay services. Once you sign up for Online Banking, simply click on the “Sign up for payments” button on the home screen and complete the form to enroll in this feature. Or, sign up for Bill Pay on our Mobile App. It’s quick and easy.

Set Up Your Card
Have copies of all your important financial, insurance and personal documents on-hand.
You may need access to your important documents during an emergency – keep copies of them in a safe place that you can easily access.
If you haven’t done so already, sign up for direct deposit.
This way, your paychecks will be automatically deposited into your account. Talk to your employer to see if this is an option – you’ll need Hawaii State FCU’s routing number handy.

Preventative Tips to Stay Healthy
There are everyday actions you can perform to defend against viruses and minimize the risk of illness to our community members who are most vulnerable such as seniors and those with compromised immune systems. For additional resources and tips, visit www.CDC.gov.
• Stay home when you are sick.
• Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
• Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
• Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household clean spray or wipe.
• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds (especially after going to the bathroom, before eating, and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing).
• If soap and water aren’t available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
