Webex Instructions – To join our webinar:
Via smartphone, tablet or desktop using the Webex App:
- Download the “Cisco Webex Meetings” app for free from Google Play or the App Store (if downloading the
- Webex App for your Desktop, follow the instructions provided).
- When it’s time to join the webinar, open the app and click the green button that says “Join Meeting.”
- Enter the Meeting number and type in your name and email address in the blanks provided.
- If prompted, enter the meeting password.
- You will be joined to the webinar.
Via computer internet browser:
- Click here.
- Enter your name and email address on the right.
- Click “Join Now” if you’re joining by desktop app, or “Join by Browser” to continue in your browser (you may be asked to download a temporary application to use your browser).
- If prompted, enter the meeting password.
- Follow the instructions that appear on your screen.
Via telephone (audio only):
- Call the following toll number: 1 (415) 655-0003.
- When prompted, use your keypad to enter the Meeting Number.
- You will be prompted to provide an attendee number. Press pound key (#).
- You will be connected to the webinar audio. If the meeting has not started yet, you may not hear anything initially when joining. Please note that if using audio only, you will NOT be able to see any visual aids used during the presentation. Visuals and other webinar materials will be sent to attendees via email after the seminar has concluded.
