Doors Will Remain Open to Hawaii State FCU Members During Renovation of the Pearlridge Branch
AIEA, Hawaii — Hawaii State Federal Credit Union’s (Hawaii State FCU) Pearlridge branch will remain open to serve more than 16,000 of its members in Aiea, Pearl City and surrounding neighborhoods during a three-month renovation set to begin in mid-May. Apart from a full closure on May 16, the first day of construction, Hawaii State FCU will continue to operate during regular business hours.
The renovation includes a complete, cutting-edge redesign with an open, member-centric environment to complete transactions and meet with credit union staff for account and loan needs. The branch’s Technology Center, a mobile kiosk equipped with handheld devices to educate members on technological features available to them, will become a permanent fixture in the new branch, allowing members to engage with staff while learning about the latest apps and innovations available to access and monitor account activity.
“At Hawaii State FCU, our continued growth enables us to reinvest in the right services that deliver even greater convenience and value for our members. Along with our Pearlridge branch renovation, we look forward to expanding our reach to members in East Oahu with the opening of our newest Hawaii Kai location later this year,” said Andrew Rosen, president and CEO of Hawaii State FCU. “Both facilities will incorporate innovative technology for members to conduct transactions and a clean, modern look designed to encourage more member interaction and consultation with our staff.”
Members are invited to continue visiting the Pearlridge location for all services during the renovation, set to run through August. Members can also conduct a range of account transactions online or through the credit union’s mobile app suite, visit one of six additional branches on Oahu, or conduct basic transactions at participating credit unions in the Shared Branch network.
