Aaron Vallely Promoted to Vice President of Sales and Branch Administration at Hawaii State FCU
HONOLULU — Hawaii State Federal Credit Union (Hawaii State FCU) has promoted Aaron Vallely to vice president of sales and branch administration. He is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of sales and service strategies, including integrating technology into Hawaii State FCU’s nine branches on Oahu and Maui.
Vallely joined Hawaii State FCU in 1996 as branch manager for the main branch and was promoted to director of sales and branch administration in 2012, where he oversaw a sales management process that supported growth in loan production, membership and new checking accounts. He also successfully led the deposit core conversion team, which included selection, implementation and post-conversion process enhancements. Prior to joining Hawaii State FCU, he served as branch manager at Central Pacific Bank and Bank of Hawaii.
“Aaron has been a longtime member of our team, enabling us to implement new technologies into our nine branches,” said Andrew Rosen, president and CEO of Hawaii State FCU. “With Aaron’s expertise in branch management and sales, we look forward to providing greater service and support to members looking for a more personalized branch experience.”
In the community, Vallely is an active member of Aloha Shriners, a philanthropic group supporting Shriners Hospital for Children Honolulu.
