How to Register for Digital Banking

You’ll Need a Few Items to Get Started

To register, you’ll need your:

  • Social Security Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Account number
  • Email Address

Desktop Instructions

When you’re at your laptop or desktop computer, do the following:

  1. Visit www.hawaiistatefcu.com and select Enroll in Digital Banking in the Account Login box.
  2. Fill out the registration page.
  3. Confirm your contact information to receive a one-time passcode to complete the sign-up process.
  4. Create a username and password.

Mobile App Instructions

Start by downloading the Hawaii State FCU Mobile App1 on your phone, then do the following:

  1. Click Register with Online Banking on the login screen.
  2. Fill out the registration page.
  3. Confirm your contact information to receive a one-time passcode to complete the sign-up process.
  4. Create a username and password.
