Kimura is the Program Manager of the Hawaii State Investment Services Section. Registered through CUSO Financial Services, L.P. (CFS) he oversees the investment program provided to members.
Kimura works directly with credit union staff, members, and our CFS team. He assists with determining retirement planning, strategic asset allocation and wealth transfer strategies. He is committed to providing members access to sound and honest investment advice and solutions.
Kimura, a licensed financial advisor, previously with Edward Jones Investments, also ran his own company, Kimura Financial, Inc. He served as vice president and investment consultant at Central Pacific Bank for ten years, in addition to his experience with PaineWebber (now UBS).
Kimura received a bachelor's of science degree from the University of Oregon. He holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses. He also holds the State of Hawaii life and health insurance license.

Sean Umetsu, CFP®
Umetsu is registered through CUSO Financial Services, L.P. (CFS) and works directly with members on investment and retirement planning as well as preserving and transferring of wealth.
Umetsu was previously at First Hawaiian Bank as a financial consultant for nine years and at Bank of Hawaii for nearly two years. He received his bachelor’s degree and his masters of business administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and is securities licensed and insurance licensed in Hawaii. Umetsu is knowledgeable in employee benefits and retirement planning, estate planning, investment management and insurance.

Leong is registered through CUSO Financial Services, L.P. (CFS) and works directly with credit union members assisting them with services ranging from retirement planning, investments, college funding and insurance. He is committed in helping clients reach their financial goals. Whether short or long term goals he can explain your options and guide you to solutions that best suit your needs.
Leong was a financial advisor at VALIC Financial Advisors for over 10 years then went to LPL Financial before coming aboard. He is knowledgeable with the State of Hawaii Employee Retirement System (ERS). Leong is an active member with the Hawaii Air National Guard reserves with 20 years of service.
Leong is securities licensed and insurance licensed in Hawaii.

Warren is the executive sponsor of the investment services program at Hawaii State FCU where he serves as the Hawaii State FCU Executive Vice President overseeing all branch and lending activities. Warren is committed to ensuring members have access to sound and honest investment advice and solutions throughout the Hawaii State branch system.
Warren has previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for Wells Fargo Securities, Inc. as well as Principal for both Bankoh Investment Services and Central Pacific Investment Services. Warren was President and Trustee for the multi-billion dollar Pacific Capital Funds – a registered investment company (RIC).
Warren received a bachelor’s degree in political economy from The Johns Hopkins University and a MBA in finance and business economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) – Anderson Graduate School of Business.
