Need to visit one of our branches to open a new account, or discuss a loan? With our new online Appointment Concierge, you can easily and securely schedule an appointment to meet with one of our financial specialists from the safety of your home or on your smartphone.

Whether it’s on our website or through our Hawaii State FCU Mobile App1, you’ve got the ability to schedule an appointment at your fingertips. Simply enter your contact information, the type of service you need, desired date, time and location, and you’re all set! The easy-to-use, self-service feature also allows members the convenience of making same-day appointments up to one hour in advance.

Reminders To Keep You On Track
Entering your mobile number allows our Appointment Concierge to provide you with a reminder text of your upcoming appointment, so you don’t forget about your branch visit. By adding your email address, we’ll also provide you with an additional checklist advising you of all the important documents to bring to your appointment, so you know what to expect and can eliminate the need for multiple visits.

We’ll Be Ready For You
Many of our branch services now require an appointment – using our Appointment Concierge prior to visiting our branches ensures that our staff will be ready to assist you with your financial needs when you arrive, allowing you to avoid high-traffic periods and unnecessary wait times in the branch.
