Required Materials

Eligibility

Open to Hawaii State FCU members and their dependents
Must attend a fully accredited university, college or trade/vocational school in the 2025-2026 school year
Must demonstrate financial need
Must attend as a full-time student (as determined by your school’s financial aid office)
May apply as an Undergraduate or Graduate degree-seeking student
Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA
